Dear reader you will find here several files to download. They will be of great support in the implementation of the methods described in the book "Implementation Standardized Work: Writing Standardized Work forms." Here is the list of files provided:
- 1 blank collection sheet that will help you collect data on the shop floor and determine the time (min, mode and max) of each measurement step of the worker’s cycle. It is a classical and pretty common document. However we wanted to share it in case your own version in not handily around.
- 3 blank documents to create you own Standardized Work forms without starting from scratch. You only need to download the file, plug in your own data and include your company’s logo:

. You simply need to enter manual times, wait times and machine times and press the button. It works in most of cases and will save you plenty of time.
- 1 Excel file that combines a data collection sheet with Yamazumihyo chart:

. It helps draw the Yamazumihyo chart from times collected on the shop floor. It gives you the possibility to keep the history of each stage of your improvement process therefore making it easier to visualize changes over time.
